Amar Shah is a Director of the company and responsible for sales and business development activities. He has over 10 years of experience working with customers in the chemical manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and agriculture industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Management degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Bhupendra Shah has been the Managing Director of the company since its inception. He has over 50 years of experience in the specialty chemicals business. His innovative approach, focus on R&D, product quality, and operational rigor has contributed to the steady growth of the company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry and Physics from the University of Mumbai as well as a Licentiate in Technical and Applied Chemistry, Oils and Paints from VJTI, Mumbai.

Dr. Sweta Joshi oversees product development and ensures product quality at our company. With 20 years of extensive experience in chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing, she brings deep expertise in regulatory compliance with WHO, EU and ANDA authorities. Her comprehensive knowledge encompasees GXP, USP, EU and FDA compliance and regulations, as well as product management, quality control and quality assurance. Dr.Joshi earned her Doctorate degree in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai, India.
